RANGERS TICKET ALLOCATION CUT - TIN TIN - 02-10-2014 Rangers ticket allocation for match on 22nd November cut by approx 50 per cent. Now only getting about 1000 tickets in Roseburn stand. Should not pose to much of an issue as memory serves me, they planned to boycott Tynecastle anyway. Thoughts! RE: RANGERS TICKET ALLOCATION CUT - Fredstersafool - 02-10-2014 Don't think it's a good idea asking for bother if ye ask me RE: RANGERS TICKET ALLOCATION CUT - Maroon 1 - 02-10-2014 Good idea for me fred...will cost us a bit of money but that's not the point....great gesture by the club to the fans RE: RANGERS TICKET ALLOCATION CUT - St Charles Owl - 02-10-2014 (02-10-2014, 21:09)Maroon 1 Wrote: Good idea for me fred...will cost us a bit of money but that's not the point....great gesture by the club to the fans It only becomes a great gesture if the Hearts fans turnout in numbers and buy all these tickets. I have no doubt Rangers would have pretty much sold whatever allocation was given to them, so its up to the Hearts fans to make sure this makes financial sense for the club. RE: RANGERS TICKET ALLOCATION CUT - Maroon 1 - 02-10-2014 Don't worry about that SCO, we are selling the place out every week and will actually lose money with this gesture. RE: RANGERS TICKET ALLOCATION CUT - St Charles Owl - 02-10-2014 Then its a great move by the club!! Creating a good partisan home biased atmosphere should be one of the goals of all clubs!! I know that sometimes it requires a decent amount of away fans to create said atmosphere, but for a game like this should not require away fans to create the buzz in the ground. My own team played Reading last week and the club reduced pricing for this game to 10 quid, as a consequence there was over 30,000 there, a great atmosphere even though there was only a few hundred away fans and a nice win for all to go home happy!! I am sure the reaction of the crowd gives the players some confidence to perform better, and we all know the opposite is true as well!! RE: RANGERS TICKET ALLOCATION CUT - TIN TIN - 02-10-2014 Good post SCO, however, it's proving pretty hard on here to get interaction/ comment/ debate going on this new forum. Not enough folk on board yet IMO. RE: RANGERS TICKET ALLOCATION CUT - Maroon 1 - 02-10-2014 Just keep doing your bit Tin Tin, lets see what we get RE: RANGERS TICKET ALLOCATION CUT - St Charles Owl - 02-10-2014 (02-10-2014, 22:05)TIN TIN Wrote: Good post SCO, however, it's proving pretty hard on here to get interaction/ comment/ debate going on this new forum. No I agree we need more posters on some of the team boards, but if we keep posting interesting threads and can have debate/banter with respect to other teams fans without any animosity then others will feel they can comment freely. Keep posting, I will keep commenting, debating and even downright arguing with you at times!!! RE: RANGERS TICKET ALLOCATION CUT - ritchiebaby - 03-10-2014 Plenty of games for you to lose before the Rangers match! Do you fancy your chances against QOS on Saturday? |
