Illegal Betting/Match fixing - albionmadandy92 - 27-09-2014

Those who know me well know i seriously worry about corruption/match fixing in football. Declan Hill in particular i find a fascinating man, who's lived in south east asia among illegal betting triads who claim to be able to fix 'any game' they want to by gaining trust with the footballers out of the public eye, but what concerns me equally is football websites like these:

Who claim to be able to fix any match they like. These 2 websites really caught my eye and I'm sure if FIFA investigated enough they would also raise an eyebrow at this too. They manipulate outcomes of games for 'clients' by taking large sums of money with 100% certainty that they will win money back by betting on the 'correct' outcome of games. A real worry and im fairly sure these aren't the only websites doing illegal betting at all. Obviously the majority of games affected are across the corrupt eastern and scandinavian leagues, but also British league one and Scottish premiership games make an appearance also. Makes you wonder how much betting has encroached on the top levels of the games and whether what we see out on the pitch has a lot of money riding on it....
Take a look at the above links, and also type in footballisfixed on twitter, that will certainly raise your eyebrows too..
