Harrogate Town defender Rory McArdle has signed a one-year contract extension with the League Two club.
The 35-year-old made 26 appearances for Harrogate last season, but missed more than three months through injury.
The former Northern Ireland international joined from Exeter ahead of the 2021-22 campaign.
"The last season was a bit up and down from a personal point of view, so now we've got to take all the positives from last season," McArdle said.
"To miss a large part of the season was frustrating, we'd made a good start. At that point you're just desperate to get back fit as quick as possible and to start having an influence on the squad on and off the pitch.
"Everyone made me feel welcome when I arrived last Summer right from day one of pre-season and that's where our focus is now to be ready to hit the ground running again."

Striker Luke Armstrong has signed a three-year contract extension with Harrogate Town to run to the end of the 2024-25 season.
The 25-year-old scored 14 goals in 50 games for the Sulphurites this past season, following his move from Salford City in June 2021.
Durham-born Armstrong lists Middlesbrough, Gateshead, Hartlepool and Cowdenbeath among his former clubs.
"I knew it was somewhere I wanted to tie myself down to," Armstrong said.
"I'm over the moon that the gaffer has shown his faith in me and offered me a long term contract."

Harrogate Town captain Josh Falkingham has agreed a new two-year contract extension to remain at the club until the summer of 2025.
Falkingham, 32, arrived from Darlington in 2017 and has now played nearly 250 games for the Yorkshire club.
"I want to play my part in pushing the club forward and together hopefully we can keep improving and pushing up the table," he said.
The Sulphurites are 20th in League Two, four points above the drop zone.
Falkingham has been a key figure in some of Harrogate's biggest moments. He captained the side as they beat Notts County in the National League play-off final at Wembley in 2020 to gain promotion to the EFL for the first time.
He also scored the winning goal when they beat Concord Rangers to win the FA Trophy in 2021.
Harrogate manager Simon Weaver told the club website: "Josh has played an instrumental part in the climb the club has been on in recent years. We are delighted that he has signed this extension."
