RE: WBA Summer 2015 Transfer Window (30th Aug) - Squirrel Regis - 31-08-2015

Lescott posted a quote from Al Capone on his Twitter page...
Don't think his transfer to the villa is going well...

Reports that we are getting Anders Lindegaard from United on a free. Would prefer this to spending £5M+ on Marshall.

Also rumoured that Enrique from Liverpool may also be happening. This would be good if he can recreate his Newcastle form. Play Enrique at LB and then push Brunt into midfield instead of McClean.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is lining up another bid for West Brom's England Under-21 striker Saido Berahino, 22, and a move for Southampton's Kenya midfielder Victor Wanyama, 24. (Telegraph)

West Brom's move for winger Matt Phillips, 24, could be back on as QPR cut their biggest earners. (Daily Mirror)

Lindegaard would be a great bit of business IMO. Always rated him and he could easily become our new number 1 BUT gotta admit I really like Boaz and Foster. A nice problem to have but maybe think Boaz will leave.

I know money talks and all that but both, WBA and Southampton have publicly stated that they will NOT be selling Berahino and Wanyama.

I imagine there would be fireworks behind the scenes at Saints if Wanyama now left after Koeman made a big deal of saying he won't be sold on MOTD.

I have heard talk that Fozzie`s injury may be worse than reported. Anyone heard this or can refute it?? DD Whistle Whistle

There is no logic in us buying another 'keeper, therefore, I would assume that either:

a. Foster's injury is worse than first thought and will be out for longer
b. Foster's injury is worse than first thought and is the end of his career.

For his sake, I hope it's 'a'. He's a top bloke.

You always need 2 quality keepers to fight it out and sadly Boaz is not quite that grade.
I hope there is no issue with Foster and this is just good business

Interesting quote from Lindegaard's twitter about the time when the albion twitter made a joke about Fellaini before he came on and scored against us last season: Complete lack of knowledge, class and respect on Twitter from @WBAFCofficial on Fellaini!! #united #karma #keepbelieving

I think these signings could be useful, sky sources saying medical.

Lindegaard and now Mile Jedanik heavily linked
