The whole left side got subbed today ..transfer window will be too late though.
Johnson will definitely be in the next starting line up

I think Charlie's won the predictions with 4
Attendance still not in

RE: The Owls v The Village SBC Match Thread - St Charles Owl - 07-10-2023

Attendance was 26,025, Maddix was closest.

Tidier at the back, still completely toothless up front

That's the first time I'm grateful for Darrenball. Thompson knew how to set up against it.

Ipswich 2nd and 8pts clear of 3rd lol

It will never happen to us

Musaba has shown promise as well, Would like to see him used as a sub with two strikers to work with.

Just another headless chicken to me ..light years away from being anything decent .

Although I'd pick him over wilks

RE: The Owls v The Village SBC Match Thread - Statesideowl - 07-10-2023

It's anyone's guess now. Will the players start trying?

RE: The Owls v The Village SBC Match Thread - Imre varadi - 07-10-2023

Even if they try they will only get the odd result at home ...there not good enough simple ..we knew this last season ...and the new players well eff me sideways!!!

RE: The Owls v The Village SBC Match Thread - Statesideowl - 08-10-2023

Exactly. A couple seemed decent but it turns out we'd just stuck ourselves with yet another large group of mediocre players and a mediocre manager.

I wonder who could have overseen such a thing?
Could it be the same man who raised prices and said "You've got to pay for quality" And " We'll finish in the playoffs Laugh
Delusions aside, it's pretty offensive to the Clubs who actually invested and made the effort to solidify their positions in this league.
There's also the issue of ripping off Wednesday fans then telling them it's their fault and no more money is coming Laugh

Tuna tried to be thrifty with players and a manager at this level, further proving he's learnt nothing. The man's sole motivation is money without any understanding of Football or how Clubs run.

Piggy Bashams ankle/leg break is horrific, at his age thats probably ended his career.
