RE: The 2015 Thread of Relentless Positivity (negative comments will be removed) - TheWorthinGer - 12-01-2016 My car flew through its MOT today. I ride a motorbike most of the time by the car is important for getting me and the wee man up the road for games. And shopping. QoS at home and Challenge cup final at Hampden next. Anybody wants to get together for a coffee just say. RE: The 2015 Thread of Relentless Positivity (negative comments will be removed) - El Car - 18-01-2016 A quick look at some comparative stats shows a healthy improvement from last season (to no one's great surprise). After 20 league games we're on 50 points - last season we didn't break the 50 point barrier until our 2-0 win over Hibs on 22nd March, that being our 28th game. Indeed we're currently just 17 points shy of our total points tally for last season with 16 games left to play. It says it all really that we could lose 10 of those and still do better than last year. After this many games we'd scored 42 and conceded 16, and in actual fact our defence is no better as we've conceded the same this year, but we've scored considerably more - 61 - so the improvement has most clearly been in our attacking play. RE: The 2015 Thread of Relentless Positivity (negative comments will be removed) - TheWorthinGer - 18-01-2016 Are we making as well as taking more chances than last year? My memory is of an absolute failure to convert the huge number of chances we were creating. RE: The 2015 Thread of Relentless Positivity (negative comments will be removed) - Fredstersafool - 18-01-2016 The Rangers are miles better than last year, though I reckon Warburton would've done a whole lot better with those players than McCoist who was out his depth. RE: The 2015 Thread of Relentless Positivity (negative comments will be removed) - supercooper - 18-01-2016 We will never know. RE: The 2015 Thread of Relentless Positivity (negative comments will be removed) - Fredstersafool - 18-01-2016 Very true but IMO he would've. RE: The 2015 Thread of Relentless Positivity (negative comments will be removed) - TheWorthinGer - 18-01-2016 And that's one of the reasons we'll never know. RE: The 2015 Thread of Relentless Positivity (negative comments will be removed) - Fredstersafool - 18-01-2016 Anyhow there's no doubting yer team are miles better than pish on offer past year. RE: The 2015 Thread of Relentless Positivity (negative comments will be removed) - supercooper - 18-01-2016 As long as we keep playing entertaining football i'm happy. RE: The 2015 Thread of Relentless Positivity (negative comments will be removed) - Fredstersafool - 18-01-2016 Pretty sure that won't stop this season. |
