If I wasn't in LA thats exactly what I would do but 7 hours drive for her just so I can have a beer is a bit much!!!

RE: Thread For Anything But Football - peiowl - 17-07-2015

For dinner (not "tea" ) I had steelhead trout, garden salad and peas followed by dessert (not "pudding" or "sweet") of fresh island strawberries and yogurt followed by Cadbury's fruit and nut dark chocolate squares. All helped down with 2 glasses of Wolf Blass Cabernet Sauvignon. Now, beat that!!!! Whistle Whistle Whistle

My mum once had me drive 2 miles to pick her up in Goldthorpe. Imagine making me travel to that shit hole Laugh

Tonight, It's bbq steak, salad, wonderful island strawberries again (much better than English ones) and always dark chocolate. Lindt. The salad will have freshly picked arugula from my garden in it as well as pea shoots and will have a balsamic dressing. As for beverage, I think I'll go out and buy a nice merlot. My O/H will have savignon blanc - with steak! Doh

I like the rib eye steak, whereas my missis goes for the beef tenderloin. Whistle Whistle Whistle
