RE: 2016 (25th August) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - BBB - 28-08-2016 Can see us playing with what we got, can't see anyone exciting wanting to come here, though would be pleasantly surprised if they did. Still we could let all our youngsters play and see what they have got before the Jan window. Might even more be pleasantly surprised. I somehow feel we need another Clarke again to bring some excitement and good football back again to the Hawthorns (28-08-2016, 01:32)Beefy 1965 Wrote: Interesting developments Perhaps Spurs are still interested in Saido to do that. Any thoughts? Hopefully get rid of the waste of space RE: 2016 (25th August) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - Beefy 1965 - 28-08-2016 Big news coming i think .......... Was linked with this guy last year Rumors are on .com and twitter What do you no about this guy josh ? Andrew Gaffney @GaffneyVLC La Liga writer for @YahooSportUK. Andrew Gaffney @GaffneyVLC Ignacio Camacho on the verge of joining #WBA after they matched his €20m release clause. An absolute steal in today's market. Andrew Gaffney @GaffneyVLC I’m sure West Brom fans might sigh at him being a defensive midfielder by trade but he’s one of the best in his position in #LaLiga. Andrew Gaffney @GaffneyVLC Not just a standard CDM either as he’s capable of sitting further forward as he loves to bomb ahead and pressure the opposition. McManaman , Lambert and Hopefully Saido to be sold http://www.expressandstar.com/sport/west-bromwich-albion-fc/2016/08/28/tony-pulis-drops-huge-hint-that-saido-berahino-will-be-sold/ Things hotting up The rumored loan for Chaldi has now become a bid for Permanent ... If these signings come off maybe we can turn this around @JPercyTelegraph West Brom have agreed a club record fee of around £13m for Spurs winger Nacer Chadli. Expected for medical on Monday #wba #thfc RE: 2016 (28th August) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - Stairs - 28-08-2016 Usually the final days of the transfer window are boring affairs for a West Brom fan but this time I suspect that we are going to feature big time. Hopefully over the next few days though and not in the final hours (that is far too stressful) RE: 2016 (28th August) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - Stairs - 28-08-2016 Chadli - bought for 13m meaning we still can bring in another player on loan such as Rodriguez RE: 2016 (28th August) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - Stairs - 28-08-2016 http://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2016/08/28/west-brom-agree-a-club-record-13million-deal-for-tottenhams-atta/ RE: 2016 (28th August) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - Beefy 1965 - 28-08-2016 Link for Camacho http://c.newsnow.co.uk/A/846624537?-11200:789:0 RE: 2016 (28th August) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - Slick_Footwork - 28-08-2016 Camacho would be a great addition, as I honestly think we're lacking in the middle of the park with Fletcher being over the hill and Yacob being slightly immobile. Chadli would also be a great addition as he adds some pace and goals from midfield. There's also genuine interest in Forestieri from Sheffield Wednesday, who would add some pace and bite to attacking areas. The only question mark is his attitude... I guess we'll have to see what happens in the next few days. I think anyone would struggle to keep us up with this poor, ageing squad. Going to be a massive few days... RE: 2016 (28th August) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - Stairs - 28-08-2016 Meanwhile, Southampton have pulled the plug on Jay Rodriguez's season-long loan to Albion after the forward scored for Saints on Saturday. But Rodriguez is still hoping to persuade Claude Puel to let him come to the Baggies because he doesn't believe he'll get minutes at St Mary's this season. RE: 2016 (28th August) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - valpayne - 29-08-2016 Little Tony eagerly ran downstairs and grabbed his transfer window calendar. With bated breath he tore open the door with number 29 on it and peered inside to find...... NOOOOOOTHING another huge day of disappointment for little Tony as he turned with a tear in his eye and looked at Big Daddy Lai and inquired why he hadn't been bought a gift today but chairman Lai simply didn't understand what the young lad was saying not without an interpreter anyway. So little Tony looked around for Uncle Jeremy but he was too busy clearing out his drawers and locking up to be bothered with little Tony's heart felt pleas and so it came to pass that little Tony mumbled to himself between sodden tears "Oh well we'll go with what we've got" "The lads ul jest af to wurk arder" He desperately tried to explain to Chairman Lai that buying a football club also involved buying livestock for millions of obscene wasted pounds but again he drew a blank expression and so he grabbed his tatty old berahino no action man doll by the scruff of the neck ran off to his room where he shoved the tatty old doll in the naughty chair and talked endlessly to the deaf dumb mute toy and as he pulled the cord in the centre of its berahino belly it repeated the only words stored in its tiny 1 cell memory "I want to go to Uncle Levy's house" THE END |
