RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (Early links) - drewks - 29-04-2016 Some different stories circulating about Mozza; this one's interesting regarding him & Middlesborough: http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/would-travesty-fans-were-unable-11262793? Come on Nicky Hammond - make this your first priority - GET HIM SIGNED!! RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (Early links) - Salopbaggie - 30-04-2016 I see that Benteke is being linked with us again. Great signing if the newspapers are going to cough up half the fee and 2/3rds of his wages. I would assume at least £25 million as Liverpool paid £32 million for him, as for wages, one website claims £140,00 per week RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (Early links) - RainbowTurnedEastStand - 02-05-2016 Realistic target for us would be Mbokani as he`s only on loan to Norwich from Dynamo Kyiv so think we could get him, from what ive seen of him the guy looks decent quality and a real beast so could be an asset. RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (Early links) - Tibby Baggie - 02-05-2016 (02-05-2016, 12:41)RainbowTurnedEastStand Wrote: Realistic target for us would be Mbokani as he`s only on loan to Norwich from Dynamo Kyiv so think we could get him, Not a bad shout but he's 30. We need to be bringing the average age of the squad down if we want to see pacey direct football. Would be a good use of a loan though, if we could go that route to get him for a season. RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (Early links) - Baggievicar - 03-05-2016 Is it the African Cup of Nations next year? Can't see Tone being keen if so. Why is it every 2 years anyway? RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (Early links) - silverbaggie - 04-05-2016 Another possible young pacey winger but, NOT unless he can double up as a Centre Back! http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/west-brom-transfer-rumour-albion-11283366 RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (Early links) - Tibby Baggie - 04-05-2016 I'm surprised Liverpool fans aren't up in arms over one of their promising youngsters being rumoured to go out on loan. Ibe is a great player but why would he want to come to us unless he fancies a long rest in the stands and Why would Klopp let him come to Albion as he obviously dislikes TP and the way he sets our team out. I would love to see the kid at The Albion but honestly think this will be a non starter for the reasons outlined. |
