RE: Pitching on Four Fronts - Larry-AV - 25-02-2015

This is the sensible approach ...

A game by game strategy will be employed by Rangers between now and the end of the season – according to Gordon Durie.

Rangers FC - Three Points To The Finish Line

... especially this : “If you come into the team hopefully you can stay in the team, all it takes is good performances.

“Kenny has said that if the boys come in and get their jerseys and they do well enough then they will keep them which is the way it should be.”

RE: Pitching on Four Fronts - El Car - 25-02-2015

Yeah, but I remember Ally saying the young players would get a shot in the team in the 2nd half of last season. I'm not saying Kenny's lying but it's one thing to say it and another to stick to that philosophy. Will anyone be able to do well enough to keep McCulloch out the team?

RE: Pitching on Four Fronts - Larry-AV - 03-03-2015

Dave Mackay, Heart of Midlothian and Tottenham Hotspur, has died, aged 80. R.I.P.

I was at this match :

RE: Pitching on Four Fronts - supercooper - 04-03-2015

Just discussing as to who is getting the beers in.

RE: Pitching on Four Fronts - Trusevich - 04-03-2015

Surprised at how short Dave Mackay is! Thought he was a bit of a giant to match his fearsome reputation. He's barely taller than wee Billy there.

Sad days though, another fine Scottish football legend gone.
