I do agree it's stupid to react when you don't get the decisions. However, he'd just been dragged by Matheus physically and Matheus got away with it. Welch didn't see the debacle herself and reacted to the Watford fans.

She's done it again, after ignoring countless fouls on us, they flop and she gives it... How anyone could miss this is incredible
