He brought it on himself by being stubborn and picking players week in week out who never turned up reach harris palmer just a few to name ! And going back to the Carlos tactic of revolving everything around (I'll get you the sack it's obvious floaty balls ! )
First thing any new manager needs to do is get him and reach out if the door !

Fletcher v Marriot
And constantly playing a system that needs the flanks sorted with shite like udubongo palmer and Harris (sigh)
First thing any manager needs here is a keeper ! Cos Westwood's fell out with the club or they have fell out with him however you look at it he's not the future and niether is Dawson or wildsmith ! Start here first !!

I suppose this might see Westwood back in the first team, also Penney who seemed to have disappeared to the U23s.
Bannan will be the centre of the new managers plan no matter what people think on here, as will Palmer, Pelupessy and Van Aken, although that will be down to injuries to Dunkley, Flint and Luongo.
The only way you wont see Palmer, Pelupessy or Van Aken, is if the new manager likes any of the youngsters.
We also cant recruit anyone until January, unless they are a free agent
