RE: 2016 (25th July) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - BBB - 26-07-2016 Not much happening on the home front, though Stoke have bought in two more players, so will Saido not be wanted now. Sad to say most other teams after getting a NO, look elsewhere for similar players. Though looking at our team sheet, with two new signings, and Leko, we don't seem to be so badly off that we can't rise to the dizzy heights of 10th in the league, or at a push 8th. So maybe one more good signing in defense. What say you Baggies? Hmmmmm.....if that's it I feel we'll struggle again, even with 1 new defender. PHILLIPS is a goodun but I don't think he alone will change us too much from last year. IMO we still need a lb and more craft and creativity in mf, AND a 10-12 goal man up front RE: 2016 (25th July) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - Stairs - 26-07-2016 14m Euro - Defender bid!!! RE: 2016 (26th July) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - Beefy 1965 - 26-07-2016 The French media outlet states Tony Pulis’ side have made a €12m + €2m bid for young Lille defensive midfielder, who is also a target for Middlesbrough. http://c.newsnow.co.uk/A/841656117?-11200:789:0 RE: 2016 (26th July) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - drewks - 26-07-2016 (26-07-2016, 16:47)Beefy 1965 Wrote: The French media outlet states Tony Pulis’ side have made a €12m + €2m bid for young Lille defensive midfielder, who is also a target for Middlesbrough. "Tony Pulis' side". ....hang on - isn't that US?? RE: 2016 (26th July) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - Salopbaggie - 27-07-2016 Do you think Tony Pullis understands that the are actually positions in the team where the name does not include the words, "defensive" or "back" ??? Salop, latest rumour TP linked to a 32 yr old 7'6" striker back, and a defensive centre forward, both crossed the halfway line twice last season .... a big increase on us last season. RE: 2016 (27th July) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - Stairs - 27-07-2016 Jose Enrique again (Liverpool) Defender! RE: 2016 (27th July) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - Dingle-Dingle - 28-07-2016 Stoke remain interested in West Brom's 22-year-old striker Saido Berahino. (Talksport) DD RE: 2016 (27th July) - WBA Summer Transfer Window - GlassEyedBomber - 28-07-2016 Tyler Roberts on loan to Oxford is a good move for the kid! |
