West Brom are in talks with #nffc over a possible deal for Michail Antonio. Forest turned down £4m in Jan, will require at least £6m #wba

Antonio edges it for me over Phillips as he`s got more goals, assists, and slightly better skill plus he`s still only 25 which is good.

I do not know much about Antonio, but we do know that Phillips can do the job in the premiership. I would prefer an extra couple of mill for Phillips. We will probably play them as full back anyway!

West Brom are interested in QPR winger Matt Phillips, 24, and are prepared to pay £10m for the Scottish international. Manager Tony Pulis is also keen on Nottingham Forest's English winger Michail Antonio, 25. (Mirror)

Serge Gnabry on loan is being reported either in the E&S or BM. Wouldn't be a bad signing in fairness.

It looks like Sess and Gamboa did not travel to the U.S. Obviously not in TP's plans.

There has been a lot of talk about buying wingers but very little about full backs.

Looks like Sess had a visa problem. Now sorted and travelling tomorrow

Gamboa is on international duty, should be facing Canada on Wednesday.

Haven't commented much on here this summer, mainly because there has been nothing to talk about, but I think we need a RB, LB, Striker, at least one winger and possibly a CB (all of starting XI quality) - although there could be a couple less coming in if TP can't shift the players he no lonnger wants.

As much as we have been told the takeover won't affect transfers, it clearly has to some degree. I also like what the teams around us are doing in the market so it is getting a bit frustrating waiting for movement. Hopefully TP is confident he will get his targets in and the takeover goes ahead as soon and as smoothly as possible.
