Also didn't think it was a penalty and also suspect they chickened out of changing it on VAR too

Hearts 1 Dundee U 1
Decent first half, United lead through a well worked goal, Hearts levelled before half time after dominating although the visitors looked the more likely. Second half was poor United missed a sitter and Hearts won the penalties

Luton 3 Middlesbrough 3
Quiet start dodgy keeping Boro looked on course for the points at 2-3 Britt Assom blasted his penalty into Mrs Patel’s garden behind the net Luton levelled and could have won it but for a great save by Randolph can’t wait to see North End grind out a one nil win down there

Huddersfield 1 Tom Lawrence 2
Decent game Lawrence outstanding in the first half, first goal a gift against the run of play, second quality. Penalty got Town back in it. Town dominated most of the second half but Kachunga’s effort should have found the net instead it ended up in Barnsley good game though

After a couple of boring early games this MU v FL Chelsea has been a very good game. Two young teams by these teams normal standards!! Easy win likely for MU, currently 4-0 up but FLC maybe had the best chances early on!! Will either of these teams challenge the top 4? Man City, Liverpool and Spurs are surely the top 3, so along with Arsenal they will be fighting for that 4th spot. But not sure either of these teams will do that well, could an Everton, Wolves or Leicester sneak into the top 6 this season?

RE: On the box - themaclad - 11-08-2019

fell asleep during Arsenal game and gave up at 3-0 in the United game thought Chelsea didn't play that bad until they collapsed in the space ot two minutes

Huddersfield 1 Fulham 2
End for Siewart? Mitro still a very useful bell end at this level, winner from Ivan classy, Town let down by some crap final balls could be a long season for the home side they need a win

RE: On the box - Amelia Chaffinch - 16-08-2019

It feels like a long season already!

RE: On the box - St Charles Owl - 17-08-2019

Another controversial decision for Man City against Spurs. VAR got the handball decision spot on, this is not VARs fault, but the rule is stupid!!! Accidental handball is so obvious, no movement towards the ball, arms by the side where they should be and just a glancing touch on the arm. This rule needs to go away!!!!

RE: On the box - Lord Snooty - 17-08-2019

Stupidest rule ever. These rulemaking pricks are ruining the game. And that kind of thing is never going to be given by the naked eye of a ref or liner, which makes it unequal for the rest of football. Has to go.
