Play a match on a Friday night, one clubs supporters have a 10 hour plus round trip and still do not make the 8pm kick off. Welcome to Sky new adventure. United deserve win, super first goal, once second went in game over. Interesting to note Manchester based ref doing United home game. Stunning lack of noise at the Stadium of dreams. No game for Rashford which suggests Jose will not play him much. Saints played well in parts. Zlatan gets MOM and Sky have started a love in with United and no comments on Pogba's hair

United 2 Saints 0

RE: On the box - themaclad - 26-09-2016

Watford showed what is wrong with the English game, firstly the Football League are trying to promote B Teams in various competitions to help the national side in the second half tonight the Hornets had 10 non British players who the vast majority did not fancy a damp night in East Lancashire.
Next if you don't defend the posts at corners you cannot complain when you let soft goals in and thirdly no colour clash with kits so Watford play in all white.
Burnley deserved to win this one.

Burnley 2 Watford 0

A rare televisual delight as TV games start to get more hard to watch as the season kicks on, Franchise against those horrible gets from Burslem. Franchise make 900,000 passes throughout the game rarely look like scoring, give away a daft penalty. Franchise nearly sneak a point in the last minute but don't and AFC Wimbledon for the first time in their history are now above Franchise, so there is Karma in the world.
Wouldn't argue with Vale's first team coach Andy Smuth covered in tattoos and a beard you could lose a badger in. Zero atmosphere in the ground which is the norm.
Franchise 0 Port Vale 1

RE: On the box - themaclad - 17-10-2016

For once agree with Harry Redknapp the Premiership is crap, apart from two great saves by De Gea this Monday night televisual treat has been poor. Dodgy hairstyles crap tattoos and the world's most expensive footballer wearing gloves, speaking of Pogba £86 million bet Juve have not stopped laughing all the way to the bank. Credit to Valencia vastly underrated player. Anybody know if Phil Jones is still alive?

Liverpool 0 United 0

RE: On the box - themaclad - 24-10-2016

Two dodgy penalties the first being as soft as you well ever see helped Bolton beat Bury in an average game. Wanderers typical Phil Parkinson solid and direct but effective Bury nice football going nowhere. Wanderers will go close but their fans are still bell ends

Bury 0 Bolton 2 good result £34 Acca pay out

RE: On the box - Amelia Chaffinch - 24-10-2016

You could tell they were dodgy penalties because Phil Parkinson has to watch them again in order to decide. Had they been Bury's, he would have seen them and said they were soft.
