England's 3rd defeat, this time at the hands of Denmark by 4-8, ended their hopes of qualification. They were already down 2-6 after 3 ends and were never going to be able to overturn that deficit.
Scotland had already qualified and played their Quarter-final tie at 5pm tonight beating Hungary by 9-2 after 6 ends. A big score, but it took a score of 5 shots in the 6th end to make all the difference. They now play Latvia at 8am tomorrow, with China and Korea being the other Semi-finalists.
The winners will play for the Gold Medal and the losers will play for the Bronze Medal at 2pm. The 3 Medallists will gain promotion to the main event in Cortina, Italy, starting on 12 April 2025.

Now I've got time to do a catch-up and it's not good news. Scotland's unbeaten run came to a sudden end on Thursday with their defeat to Latvia by 5-9 in the Semi-final. They were tied at 5-5 with 2 ends to play, but lost two scores of 2 shots each to go to the Bronze Medal Game against China.
They fared no better there, losing 4-8, again tying at 3-3 with 3 ends to go. but lost 2 of the last 3 ends to miss out on promotion.

GOLD - Korea
SILVER - Latvia
BRONZE - China
Scotland finished 4th with England in 11th.
