Please don't let this thread slip by without mentioning the brilliant Tom Pidcock. Came from second place with an aggressive late surge - real racing.
Now Alex Yee with Gold in the Men's Triathlon - came from second place to surge past Hayden Wilde late on - and Gold in the Women's Quad Sculls - came from second place to pip Netherlands at the line with a late surge. Am I allowed to say that?

As some of you will remember, I've always been a big fan of the Olympic Rowing events. Another good day on the lake for Team GB with a Silver and two Bronzes.
Now for tonight's Swimming with an outside chance of a medal, if France's Leon Marchand takes cramp.
