Now it's a career path full of graduates with absolutely no knowledge of what it's like to work for living Completely agree!!! Ironically Trump is definitely not in it for the money and he certainly can't be accused of being a career politician!!! He does have a few other faults though!!! Now it's a career path full of graduates with absolutely no knowledge of what it's like to work for living He's probably fed up with them like the rest of us Too much self interest and playing off the populace is finally starting to bite them on the arse except in the UK where we are going to allow 8 lib-dems to overturn the wishes of 52% of the nation RE: Thread For Anything But Football - St Charles Owl - 13-11-2016 (12-11-2016, 23:58)Maddix Wrote:(12-11-2016, 23:46)St Charles Owl Wrote:(12-11-2016, 23:27)Maddix Wrote: The trouble with politics is that people are in it for the money (and power/ego trip) and not the vocation. Maybe we should take a leaf out of Trumps book and rebuild Hadrian's Wall!!! RE: Thread For Anything But Football - Maddix - 13-11-2016 Don't get me started on that silly cow She's said we should respect the USA's decision on Trump and has the f'ucking front to say that rules should be different for Scotland et cetera in the UK's brexit vote and she's going to team up with the libs and block it Like I alluded to earlier, these c'unts will do/say anything to keep their cosy little jobs BREXIT In my world parliament has already discussed this issue and voted to have a referendum, which I believe they had to place in a statute of law. The Tories even fought the previous election on the promise in their manifesto that they would allow the nation to vote on Europe Just because they lost doesn't mean they can just ignore it and have another one. Like I said, your vote is F'UCKING MEANINGLESS and that goes for the ones who voted to stay in too RE: Thread For Anything But Football - peiowl - 13-11-2016 Are you serious? He doesn't care about political corruption or anything as altruistic as politicians not representing the populace. That was the message he sold to his gullible airheads. Trump is in it purely to satisfy his gigantic ego. I hope the bugger is impeached in his for year of office. He does have several legal issues to face but funny thing all we heard about was locking up Hillary. Met several more people today btw who are cancelling plans to visit the U. S. Spot on Chaz Definitely ask for it to be built from Carlisle to just South of Migglesburra RE: Thread For Anything But Football - St Charles Owl - 13-11-2016 (13-11-2016, 00:28)peiowl Wrote: Are you serious? He does have several legal issues to face but funny thing all we heard about was locking up Hillary. Met several more people today btw who are cancelling plans to visit the U. S. He is already backtracking on some of the things he said he would do. Already said that big chunks of Obamacare will have to stay, has intimated he will not go after Hillary any further and that the wall may not be possible. Also saw a report yesterday that the judge in one of his Trump Unoiversity trials has strongly suggested it get settled out of court prior to him taking office, so I expect this to happen with all his trials. If he keep this up we might end up seeing his supporters campaigning against him for not following through on his promises!!! I can't imagine being Ok with anyone talking the way he does as a representative of my community, regardless of the stupidity the left brings to the table. Always The People Vs them. this no different, Trump shakes up nothing as he surrounds himself with lobbyists. he's a con man. he will continue to xxxx both sides. That said I completely agree that his default of promises at this early stage can only spell disaster. but disaster doesn't happen unless you're an Anthony Weiner, disgraceful as he is. they all do it. he just happened to be the one Liberal that said 'xxxx you' to the Republicans. no surprise they found a way to disgrace him and not the ones in their faith based child abusing party. I'm sick of the hypocrisy, the double standard bleeds out. The left has a lot to answer for as it continually looks for further PC answers in order to fragment itself further, continually losing ground to climate change deniers, female body regulators and all round Zealotry. I can't even identify with some of the people within my own party and that's where the left went wrong because the right will forever be unified with a ubiquitous hate of the left. I love a good whine with my cheese fellas, don't get me wrong I Liked your posts because I respect an opinion outside my own.. And I really don't think we differ that greatly at times RE: Thread For Anything But Football - peiowl - 13-11-2016 I see Nigel Farage has paid Trump a visit at Trump Tower today. Oh FFS. Has the world gone insane? RE: Thread For Anything But Football - Statesideowl - 13-11-2016 I know that was rhetorical, pei. But, yes. It has. We're starting to rationalise Trump as a President. *cough* |
