At the moment the version of the software being used doesn't allow it, but I will prompt them again. RE: Suggestions for changes to the forum - Maddix - 16-07-2015 My view is that we should have done more to take over the old site. This one basically consists of us, the village and WBA we've lost all the Jocks and there is no banter anymore I know hindsight is a wonderful thing but perhaps more should have been done to get the views of the users before opting for such a big change and don't even begin to patronise me with with replies that say we were all told what was happening we were asked, at short notice, to check out this wonderful new site and subscribe to it. Most of us knew that new606 was dying due to lack of maintenance etc but this site is virtually dead due to lack of interest Its been a constant split down the years since the BBC days with posters going their different ways, my God, I even miss Izzy But not Imre RE: Suggestions for changes to the forum - St Charles Owl - 17-07-2015 Don't want to get into this again but to be fair the WBA, village and Wednesday boards were only the ones busy on New606. The Celtic boys didn't come over because the Rangers boys had already done so. Chesterfield is a busy-ish board on here but aside from that the same guys on there are now more or less on here. You are right that since 606 stopped everyone was split up but we as a group are just about the only ones left still posting on this type of forum, JA is dead, as it Not606. I made the move in good faith, but mistakes were made as we could probably predicted. We always wanted to stay where we were but when Bonner stopped trying it became obvious it was only a matter of time before something serious happened and we would wake up to nothing. Since the move we have kept the board busy, as have West Brom and Rangers. Chezzie has grown, as has Hibs and Themaclad is still on his own!! The Village has dropped off but we will see what the new season brings for them. I still think we may be smaller than Owlstalk or Facebook but they are still full of knobheads who slam everyones opinions. Even Madsteve rarely goes on the Facebook forum and he was one of the adminstrators on that one!! RE: Suggestions for changes to the forum - Thurnscoe_OWL - 17-07-2015 owlstalk is full of knobs on the matchday section but the sub sections on music/film & tv/gaming etc are VERY good. This is my favourite site though just for how relaxed it usually is.
