RE: 2016 WBA Summer Transfer Window (20th May) - Zinman - 22-05-2016

But we only have 5 centre halves and clearly need more given that Pulis will start with at least 4 of them.

To be fair though 2 of them are so slow now almost every striker in the division has more pace, two more are playing at full back. As TP likes his 4 CB across the back I can probably see the logic for one more.

I'm pretty sure we've played 5 of them at some point in the season just gone. We need MORE

With the potential signing of Ciaran Clark we at least know who Pulis has in mind to fill the left back position,
Iam sure the Pulis bed wetters will be well happy with that signing if it comes off, but they did say give him
the summer and watch all these attacking players come through the doorLaugh

As one of the "Incontinent" you refer to Rainbow I would point out that all of this remains speculation etc . Naturally, at this stage of the closed season ,the club will put its feelers out to many players/agents in order to get a idea of what might be available.

You make no mention of the links to strikers such as Enner Valencia, Demba Ba, Odion Ighalo, Christian Benteke (Grant you very unlikely), Tonny Vilhena, Diafra Sakho, Sandro Wanger and Laurent Depoitre.

Equally speculation I grant you. But that would distract folk from your negativity towards TP.

I am not married to TP being our manager. I did not like the style of football any more than most. But I am happy to remain soundly in the Premier League unlike Newcastle, Aston Villa and Norwich (who I am sure would swap places immediately). I will wait to see who is actually in the squad come the start of the season.

Then I will give them my full support until Christmas before I start petitioning for change, should it be required.

TBH Rainbows post's are so boring now it's unreal.
I wouldn't even say any of us were 100% behind Pulis as he has many misgivings so i would like to know who theses Pulis bed wetters are ?
Probably be easier to name the Pulis haters,
But Rainbow unless you have anything remotely constructive to say and its not involving our manager feel free,
But the witch hunt is boring, tiresome and i get fed up of reading exactly the same posts over and over again.
You even managed to drag another post down about all time positions and mentioned TP in that FFS Doh

I've always liked Tiote but can't help thinking he's a very similar player to Mulumbu, whom TP deemed surplus to requirements.

I'd imagine he's going for the right amount of money to be honest in comparison to other players that we could go in for.

I'm feeling a lot more comfortable knowing we've got Nick Hammond in overseeing our transfer dealings, as Hit and Miss is probably about the best you could describe them whilst Garlick was looking after them.

It's beginning to look as if Morrison is definitely going to leave us on a free!

Sunderland are keen on signing West Brom midfielder James Morrison, 29, on a free transfer. However, the Scotland international is reported to have been offered wages of £70,000 a week by former club Middlesbrough. (Newcastle Chronicle)

How do Boro justify £70K per week for a player still recovering from injury and with little game time last season?

Never mind TP will undoubtedly bring in another Centre Back to replace him. Thumb down
