It looks like Johnson's plan (or whoever is "pulling his strings" now) is to "ride the political storm" up to that election year when he hopes the mood changes in the voting population down south and they give him another 10 years. God help us if this Trump style scenario unfolds. From a Scottish concept, I definitely see it spelling the death knell of a Union that has been fractured for a long time and a new young Scottish indy-supporting demographic will significantly come through to bolster the already strong Scotindy movement. Johnson is absolutely despised up here and that won't change any time soon!
