Looks like it's not a loan as his Preston contract has apparently been cancelled by mutual consent.

Thought he did very well and gave dixon a torrid time before he tired 2nd half (prob down to lack of game time)

Now we can play a variety of formations with our players back and now some proper pace down both flanks. I'm quietly confident we will go from strength to strength now.

Could be a great player. Showed he could cross a ball. Fitness was an issue and was surprised he came out second half. Dundee United had done their homework and actually doubled up on him so that if he got past the first defender there was cover to prevent most of the crosses. However when he did get free his crosses were more dangerous than we have seen for weeks. Got his head up well for the second goal and picked the type of cross perfectly for Cummings. If Boyle can learn about the end pass from the left we will be a force when we play 2 wingers.

Hopefully with more training we will see him get better and last longer.

Agreed he looked good, especially early on. He's not a dribbler but a speedster, running on to a pass. He will definitely improve after a few weeks and is definitely a good acquisition.
