I have always thought he was an arrogant prick, so this quote wouldn't surprise me!!!

He is undoubtedly a good player, but I wouldn't classify him as great. He has played for 7 clubs, none for more than 100 games so it makes you wonder if there are issues with him after a couple of seasons and he gets moved on?? He also has never won a European trophy with any of his teams although he has 9 domestic titles.

I could never stand him. In terms of individual ability he's the best footballer Sweden has produced but, as you say, he's ultimately been dispensable and has never been part of a really great team.
