St Johnstone v Hibs, Sat 9 Nov, KO 3.00pm - 0762 - 06-11-2019

Well this fixture is definitely a "huge 3 points" for either of these teams and how Hibs fans would welcome any kinda win under the current circumstances when we are now "managerless"!! Under the temp charge of Eddie May and Grant Murray, I'm hoping that certain Hibs players may be "released" from all the pressure and allowed to do things in their natural positions and with tactics that will be more conducive to playing a less restricted style of play v a team that was bottom of the Scot Premiership not so long ago. I'm sure they will be "up for it" too and I would focus on scoring threats from ex Hibs players as I'm observing that it appears to be a trend in recent matches - we wanna "nip that in the bud" with a brief warning of such a threat. I'd love to win this match but that aspiration depends on what Hibs team "shows up". Firstly, I wanna see Rocky returned to the Hibs goal and I reckon Eddie will do that as a "cute move" to "right a wrong" that was made by Paul Heckingbottom. Porteous returns to our defence but another important change must be who plays the mid "anchor role" in front of our defence - choose wisely Eddie or shift Porteous into that position!! Kamberi must be played up front but alongside what Hibs player as Kamberi definitely needs a link man to be effective? Shaw? Lastly, I wanna see some pace on both flanks (to create scoring opps and be an attacking threat) but without exposing our back line negligently. C'mon Hibs!

GGTTH

An important game and one I think that Eddie May and co can get something from, St Johnstone are poor and 2 strikers against them is a must even if that means Flo attacking from the wing which he looks good at recently, I think May will get better results out of this squad than Heckinbottom did.

I hope so. We needs points on the board to jump free of that crowded relegation zone.

A must win, hopefully the players will respond now the Yorkshire bore has beat it and get us up the table.

God knows how much money we lost on the pay-off.

Shit - just saw there that heckingbottom signed 10- yes 10 players in his time at the club.

I'd only keep Allan and halberg to be honest......and one of them was agreed when Lennon was coach and the other is a loan deal. Jackson ? I'm really not sure about at all. Same with newell...... Doidge, vela and Middleton just aren't good enough.

One things for sure this is going to cost us a lot of money, we have to get the next appointment spot on.

What about James as well Jim? Started well at the start of the season but unfortunately picked up a bad injury. Looks a better player and some of Hecky's other duds.

Starting two up front and dropping Mallan, hold me back

4-4-2.

It will never catch on.

And that's how it's done Heckinbottom!.

Naismith and Kamberi stand outs and Doidge showing what he can do with a bit of support.
